Registration Process
Choose Your Registration Type
Select the appropriate option for your needs:
- Individual: If you are registering for yourself
- Group (Max of 5 attendees): For maximum of 5 people to receive a 10% discount
Complete the Registration Form
For Individual Registration: Fill in your personal details, professional role, and any dietary or accessibility requirements.
For Group Registration: The group leader will first provide their details, then proceed to enter the required information for each group member (maximum of 5 attendees, including the group leader).
Gala Dinner: Each conference ticket includes one Gala Dinner place for the ticket holder. Additional Gala Dinner tickets can be purchased for extra guests.
Consent: Please ensure you read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by ticking the consent box.
Review and Submit
Before finalizing your registration:
- Carefully review all the information you have entered to ensure accuracy
- Click the 'Buy Ticket' button
Payment Information
Payment is required immediately upon registration to confirm your place.
- We accept payments securely via Stripe which supports major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
- For group registrations, payment will be processed as a single transaction covering all attendees
- After you click the 'Buy Ticket' button, you will be redirected to the ticket page where you can select your desired ticket numbers, use the + button in the cart section to add more ticket numbers, once done, click on checkout which contains our secure payment gateway to complete your payment (ticket purchase).
Receive Confirmation
Upon successful payment:
- You will receive a confirmation email with the subject line "Thank you for your Order," confirming that your ticket purchase was successful.
- For group registrations, the group leader will receive this confirmation email, same as above. Please ensure that the payment details match the information provided during registration.
Secure Payment Processing
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
Important Notes
- Non-refundable: All conference registrations are non-refundable. Unused tickets cannot be carried over or transferred to future events.
- Attendance confirmation: Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your registration.
