Welcome to the NNCAUK Mentorship Academy! This agreement ensures clarity and alignment of expectations between you and NNCAUK. Please read the terms carefully before signing.

NNCAUK Mentorship Agreement

Mentee Roles and Responsibilities

Actively participate in the mentorship programme and commit to the goals set during the mentorship sessions.

Attend all scheduled mentorship sessions on time and notify the mentor in advance if unable to attend.

Provide at least 48 hours' notice if a session needs to be rescheduled.

Complete any tasks, assignments, or activities agreed upon during mentorship sessions.

Treat the mentor and other participants with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

Maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during mentorship sessions.

Provide honest and constructive feedback about the programme by completing the Programme Evaluation Form at the end of the package.

Adhere to the NNCAUK Mentorship Academy's Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions.

NNCAUK's Responsibilities

Provide mentees with access to experienced mentors, resources, and workshops to support their professional development.

Match mentees with mentors based on their goals, preferences, and areas of expertise.

Ensure that all mentorship sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Address any concerns or disputes that may arise during the mentorship programme in a timely and fair manner.

Issue certificates of participation to mentees who successfully complete their mentorship package and meet all programme requirements.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information shared during mentorship sessions is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

NNCAUK complies with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Personal data collected during registration will only be used for programme-related purposes.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of participation in the programme.

Attendance and Rescheduling

Mentees are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

If a mentee needs to reschedule a session, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice to their mentor.

Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled and will count as a completed session.

Mentees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet access for online sessions.

Programme Completion and Certificates

Certificates of participation will only be issued to mentees who complete all requirements of their selected package.

Mentees must submit a Programme Evaluation Form before requesting their certificate.

Certificates will be delivered via email (PDF) or printed copies upon request (additional charges may apply).

Termination of Agreement

NNCAUK reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the mentee:

Breaches the Code of Conduct or Terms and Conditions.

Fails to meet their responsibilities as outlined in this agreement.

Engages in unprofessional or inappropriate behaviour.

Mentees may voluntarily withdraw from the programme by providing written notice to NNCAUK.

No refunds will be issued for mentees who withdraw or are terminated from the programme.

Liability

NNCAUK is not liable for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from participation in the mentorship programme.

NNCAUK is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions during online sessions.

Mentees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet access for online sessions.
