We have taken action to provide you the flexibility. To make it easier, we offer a simple payment plan option:

How It Works

Register either as an individual or as a group.
After registration, select your desired ticket and add it to your cart.
During checkout, you can choose to pay in full or select the payment plan option to pay in installments.

✅ Pay 50% of the total fee today to reserve your spot at the conference.

✅ Pay the remaining 50% within 30 days.

✅ Receive your official conference ticket once full payment is completed.

Complete your registration details for yourself or your group.

Choose the ticket type that suits you and add it to your shopping cart.

Decide whether to pay the full amount upfront or opt for the payment plan.

Secure your place by paying half of the conference fee during checkout.

After your initial payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to pay the second installment.

Use the payment link to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of your first payment.

Once we receive your full payment, your conference ticket will be issued and sent to you.
