You asked, and we answered. Many want a payment option to increase their chances of attending the full conference.
We have taken action to provide you the flexibility. To make it easier, we offer a simple payment plan option:
How It Works
- Register either as an individual or as a group.
- After registration, select your desired ticket and add it to your cart.
- During checkout, you can choose to pay in full or select the payment plan option to pay in installments.
Step-by-Step Process
Register as Individual or Group
Complete your registration details for yourself or your group.
Select Ticket and Add to Cart
Choose the ticket type that suits you and add it to your shopping cart.
Choose Payment Option at Checkout
Decide whether to pay the full amount upfront or opt for the payment plan.
Pay 50% at Checkout (if Payment Plan Selected)
Secure your place by paying half of the conference fee during checkout.
Receive Confirmation & Payment Link
After your initial payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to pay the second installment.
Complete Final Payment Within 30 Days
Use the payment link to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of your first payment.
Receive Your Conference Ticket
Once we receive your full payment, your conference ticket will be issued and sent to you.
