NNCAUK members are encouraged to take advantage of the Early Bird pricing available to all registrants. There is no additional or separate discount specifically for members beyond the Early Bird offer. Please ensure your membership is active before registering.

Each conference ticket includes access to all sessions, workshops, conference materials, refreshments, lunch, the exhibition hall, and one Gala Dinner place for the ticket holder. If you wish to bring an additional guest to the Gala Dinner, you may purchase an extra Gala Dinner ticket for that person. There are no single-day ticket options available.
Please note that all conference registrations are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Unused tickets cannot be carried over or transferred to future events. We kindly ask that you ensure you are able to attend before completing your registration.
No, the NNCAUK 2025 Annual Conference will be an in-person event only. Virtual attendance options are not available.

Yes, the conference will feature an awards ceremony to recognise outstanding contributions within the Nigerian nursing community. Details on nominations will be announced.
The dress code for the main conference days is business casual. For the Gala Dinner, it will be formal/traditional attire.
Yes, attendees will receive a certificate of attendance which can be used towards their CPD requirements.

No, there are no one-day tickets or separate student discounts. The conference ticket price is as listed above, with an Early Bird discount available until 31st August 2025. While you may choose to attend only certain days or sessions, the ticket price remains the same regardless of attendance.
Accommodation is not included in the conference ticket price. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. We recommend booking early and will provide a list of recommended hotels and partner hotels offering special rates closer to the event date.
